MR CHILLERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PAYMENT

Full payment will be required prior to any installation when an engineer is requested to install any units or prior to any delivery, when ordered for self-installation.

2. TITLE

Mr Chiller shall retain legal ownership of the goods until payment is received in full.

3. DELIVERY

Delivery will be arranged at the point of sale and will be made by a Mr Chiller approved courier either to a Mr Chillers agent for installation, or to the address advised by the customer for self-installation.

Inspection of all goods is required upon delivery.   The customer or the agent for installation orders, shall advise Mr Chiller within a reasonable time for any shortfall or visible damage.

Delivery will normally be free of charge, though an appropriate carriage charge will be applied due to a re-delivery resulting from a lack of access on the original delivery.

Free delivery is not included in conjunction with some special offers or discounted prices that Mr Chiller may offer.

4. AFTER DELIVERY

On completion of installation or delivery for self-installation, refunds or exchanges can only be considered on items found to be faulty.

5. ACCESS

It is the customers/agents responsibility to ensure that the delivery can be made safely and without unnecessary delay.

6. POWER SUPPLY

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all electric supplies are adequate and meet with the current legislation.

7. GUARANTEES/WARRANTIES

All goods carry a standard 12 month guarantee against faulty workmanship.  It is the customers responsibility to ensure all electric supplies are adequate.

8. CANCELLATIONS

This order constitutes a legally binding contract.  Cancellations will not normally be allowed except in accordance with your rights under sales of goods legislation or where Mr Chiller is in breach of our legal obligations.

9. SPECIFICATION

All specifications supplied by Mr Chiller or his agent for all products supplied.

10. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

Mr Chiller does not accept any responsibility for consequential loss.

11. VAT

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Mr Chiller shall be under no liability if he shall be unable to carry out any provision of the contract for any reason beyond his control.

13. LAW

The terms and conditions of the contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
